Red Light Therapy (RlT)
Red light therapy (not the infrared sauna) is a very bold and bright spectrum of light therapy that our bodies respond to in much the same way that plants respond to sunlight: by creating more energy at the cellular level. Our specific RLT panel has 5 FOCUSED spectrums of light, unlike the bulbs used in a full tanning salon style bed which tend to shine a bunch of wavelengths that are less specific or intense.

What’s the difference?

The red light (R+) wavelengths that have the most scientifically proven benefits are 630 nm and 660 nm and most often affect the skin and inflammation issues as well as improve collagen production. Good for eczema, reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improving skin tone.
(Read below for our actual client experiences in this!)

Near-infrared (NIR+) wavelengths that have been scientifically proven to yield benefits for humans include the 810 nm, 830 nm and 850 nm wavelengths which can accelerate wound healing, increase endorphins, improve workout recovery and even affect brain function and trauma.
(Read below for our actual client experiences in this!)

TAKE AWAY: 600’s are more cosmetic and 800’s are more muscle and nerve therapy. And our machine has BOTH at the best combination of 5 wavelengths that science has shown to work.

RLT-How many sessions are recommended?

Most clients see & feel an actual difference after the 3rd session! For most conditions, it’s recommended that you jump-start the healing process with three to five sessions per week, each lasting 10 to 20 minutes, for an initial 1-2 months. Each condition is different and may be recommended a different treatment plan. You will be able to discuss your plan with the treatment provider on your first visit. You can also just use a few sessions over time to boost your skin appearance and maintain a healthier level of elasticity.
