ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

If you arrive late, you will still need to leave at the end of your scheduled time in case someone is booked after you.  When you leave please wipe down the glass/bench if necessary and add 3-4 hours to the time so the sauna stays warm for all!

ATTIRE/TOWELS

We provide a towel for you to wear while in the sauna so that you do not make contact with the untreated wood except for your legs.  We also provide 1 small towel per session.

WATER

Please hydrate before, during, and after your session.  We have a filtered water service and cups but you are welcome to bring your own bottle/cup as well.

POST SESSION AMENITIES

We have dry shampoo, body wipes, facial cleanser, toner and moisturizers available for your use but we DO NOT have showers available.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to make your session please email or text us so that we do not charge you and can make sure the sauna stays on for the next person.

CANCELLING MEMBERSHIP

If you need to cancel your membership, please email info@thesaunahut.com at least a week prior to the next autorenew payment!
